“Thank you for getting in touch! We’ll be pleased to assist you. It’s common for your apps and features to require up to 48 hours of adjustment after an upgrade.

If this is still an issue after that time, please send us a DM so we can assist you in looking into it further.”

In other words, Apple is just advising users to wait for the iOS 15.4 upgrade to complete. If the battery life degradation continues, contact Apple for assistance.
