Today Apple MagSafe Battery Pack New Firmware for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 has received a firmware upgrade from Apple. As an over-the-air (OTA) update, the new firmware version 2.7.b.0 is now available.

Although there are no release notes on the iPhone maker’s website about the bug fixes and changes that can be expected with this firmware update, it’s likely that the new version will solve certain bugs and enhance performance. So far, no user-visible changes have been reported.

With the MagSafe Battery Pack, iPhones will now charge faster. Users will now be able to charge their iPhones faster than normal thanks to a new firmware update.

Users may now charge iPhones at a quicker 7.5W than the standard 5W by upgrading to the MagSafe Battery Pack’s software update 2.7, according to 9to5Mac. A lightning USB cable is required to download the update.

How to Find Out What Firmware Version You Have

When you connect your MagSafe Battery Pack to your iPhone, the latest firmware should be installed automatically; there is no way to force an update. Follow these procedures to see if you have the most recent firmware:

1: Connect the MagSafe Battery Pack to your iPhone.

2: Navigate to the Settings App.

4: Scroll down and select MagSafe Battery Pack.
