After installing the appropriate profile on an iPhone or iPad, developers can download iOS 15.5 and iPadOS 15.5 via the Apple Developer Center or over the air.

When compared to previous iOS 15-point releases, iOS 15.5 and iPadOS 15.5 are minor updates with a small number of changes. There are references to an Apple Classical app in the beta, but it is not yet available. Apple may release an Apple Classical app in the near future, but it is not yet available. Apple is laying the groundwork for features that will allow “reader” app developers to include a link to an external website for the purpose of signing up for and managing accounts outside of the App Store with the iOS 15.5 update.
