Apple today issued the macOS Monterey 12.5 Beta 1 (21G5027d) released upgrades to developers for testing purposes. Developers may now download macOS Monterey 12.5 Beta 1 to test. Apple included a new warning to the previous beta when deleting apps with potential external purchases. Furthermore, the beta hinted at the imminent introduction of a new Apple Classical music app.

Developers can download macOS Monterey 12.5 Beta from the Apple Developer Center or over the air after downloading the relevant profile on an iPhone or iPad.macOS Monterey 12.5 Beta are modest updates with little changes when compared to prior iOS 15-point releases. Although the beta mentions an Apple Classical app, it is not yet available. Apple Classical may be released in the near future, but it is not currently accessible. With the iOS 15.6 Beta 1 update, Apple is setting the groundwork for “reader” app developers to include a link to an external website for the purpose of signing up for and managing accounts outside of the App Store.
