The Odyssey Team stated in the announcement Tweet that Taurine v1.1.3 would include the following changes:

1: Runs uicache for Sileo for first time users.
2:  Updates built-in libhooker to v1.6.9.
3:  Adds support for custom dyld shared caches.

While the modifications are generally minor, everyone who presently uses the Taurine jailbreak, as well as anyone who plans to use it in the future, should update.
